Guenther is a Partner with PwC in Zurich and the Leader of PwC Legal Switzerland as well as a Member of PwC’s Global Legal Leadership Team. He is also the co-founder of Zurich and LA-based think tank and concept brand Exelixis Studio, the host of educational video series “Appetite For Disruption” and an activist venture investor relentlessly promoting a system-wide change towards circular economy and decentralization via exponential technologies. He is also the author of 10 books including "Making Money out of Technology", "Uptake Revisited: How Innovative Products succeed in International Markets" and "New Suits. Appetite for Disruption" and has to date been speaking at more than 100 leading conferences all around the world. Guenther holds both a PhD in law from Johannes Kepler University and an MBA from Strathclyde University and has also studied at Harvard Business School, Harvard Law School and IMD.
