Circular Systems is a materials science company focused on creating a net positive impact on our environment, society, and economy through innovation. Our circular plus regenerative technologies provide systemic solutions for transforming waste into valuable fiber, yarn, and fabrics for the fashion industry.

With our textile waste to fiber platform (Texloop™), and our food-crop-waste to BioFibre™ innovation (Agraloop™), Circular Systems™ provides scalable solutions for the circular economy derived from two very abundant waste streams. Recycled fiber from Texloop, and Agraloop BioFibre, can go into conventional yarn spinning systems to make high-value fashion products. And with our patent-pending hybrid yarn spinning technology Orbital™, we create high-performance, natural-fiber-rich materials with Texloop recycled fiber, Agraloop BioFibre, and other organic and recycled fibers.

Each of the four founders of Circular Systems has been pioneering low-impact production strategies for more than 20 years. Our founding team has a combined experience of over 100 years in fiber, yarn, textiles, and fashion manufacture.

Innovation in END-OF-USE.

The Agraloop™ transforms low-value agricultural waste, into high-value NEW natural fiber called Agraloop BioFibre™. With our patent-pending process The Agraloop processes a range of inputs, including oilseed hemp, oilseed flax, wheat, rice, corn, pineapple leaves, and banana trunks, and more—all to create natural BioFibre applied to yarn and textiles for the fashion industry. Additionally, the Agraloop produces a range of co-products, including bio-energy to power the mill and local community and organic soil amendments to go back to the farm to support the fertility cycle. The Agraloop is also a preferred solution for non-wood paper & packaging, bio-composites, and building materials.

Texloop™ Recycling is a revolutionary global platform that reclaims natural and synthetic fibers from post-industrial, pre-consumer, and post-consumer textile waste. Our "Lightest-Touch™" processing strategies help preserve maximum embedded energy in recycled materials. Texloop allows true upcycling of complex textile waste streams, putting them back in play for more fashion fun.

Orbital™ hybrid yarns create high-quality materials with high-performance, using organic and recycled fiber inputs. Orbital's patent-pending technology produces inherent wicking and fast dry performance materials, even with 50%-70% natural fiber composition, eliminating the need for chemical finishes to create high-performance fabrics. In addition to the unique natural fiber moisture management, knit and woven fabrics made with Orbital are anti-pilling, reduced synthetic fiber fragment release, and easy-care for on-the-go functionality.
