is the Head of Vogue Talents.

 

Sara joined Condè Nast in 1995 achieving experience working in many of Vogue departments for than focusing on scouting and promoting the new generation. Vogue Talents founded in 2009 is both an editorial and online project; a worldwide network that scouts and supports emerging creative talents. 

For more than a decade Vogue Talents has supported the growth of opportunities and new collaborations between the industry and the new generation of young designers around the globe.  Since 2019 Vogue Talents February issue is dedicated to sustainability. Titled, The New Frontiers of Awareness, the issue is a tool for the new generation and consumers to become more conscious and aware.

Oversees the contest Who is on Next? since 2005 that aims to support Made in Italy.WION has spotlighted designers such as MSGM, Marco de Vincenzo, Paula Cademartori, Paula Andrew and many more. A regular attendee as a judge and advisor in several fashion competitions, including LVMH prize, Fashion Trust Arabia, Woolmark Prize,Yu Prize, The International Talent Support (ITS), and more.  

Since September 2018 she has been the International Brand Ambassador for Camera Nazionale della moda Italiana.  Since 2019 she is Goodwill Ambassador for Fashion 4 Development.

In February 2020 launched in collaboration with Yoox the VogueYooxChallenge – The future of responsible fashion in support of the new generation who is investing for a better future. In April 2020 launched with Camera Moda Fashion Trust and Camera Nazionale della Moda Italiana a fund to support the new generation of designers made in italy due to the emergency covid19. The fund raising is called Together For Tomorrow. 

In May 2021 she has been awarded The Postive Change Award at Montecarlo Fashion Week.
