Kedan Li is the co-founder and CEO of Revery Ai, where he leads a team to create the first scalable virtual dressing room solution that allows shoppers to mix & match any outfits and visualise them on models. The company has just raised a seed round and is partnering with the worlds’ largest fashion retailers to rebuild the online shopping fashion experience.

Before launching Revery AI, Kedan is a Ph.D Candidate in computer vision at the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign since 2018 where he spent over four years researching various AI applications in fashion retail. He published in top-tier computer vision conferences and had research collaborations with Pinterest and JD.com.

In 2017, he founded Thywis Inc., building a smart inbox that automatically learns to sort emails. He is also the sole inventor of a US patent regarding an interactive learning AI algorithm. Kedan also worked as a software engineer at Fitbit for two years, leading the development of the Fitbit Coach App. He obtained a BS in Computer Science at the University of Illinois Champaign in two and a half years.
