Julia is an Investment Analyst at Closed Loop Partners, a hybrid investment firm and innovation center that is working to enhance the circular economy across a number of asset classes. Julia manages pipeline development and early and late-stage due diligence processes for the Closed Loop Fashion Fund and across the fashion vertical within the firm. 

Prior to joining Closed Loop Partners, Julia was a Research Analyst for a New York based consulting firm, and has varied experience working in retail, marketing, and business development within the fashion industry. 

Julia received her Bachelor of Science from the Fashion Institute of Technology, where she majored in Business Management with a specialization in Financial Allocation. During her studies at the Fashion Institute of Technology, Julia conducted research on supply chain transparency and the benefits of blockchain traceability from both a business and consumer-facing perspective. Additionally, Julia’s senior thesis, focused on the development of adaptive clothing for people with disabilities was selected by sponsors from Amazon Fashion for its emphasis on inclusivity and ability to scale within Amazon’s private label business.
