Ebru Ozkucuk Guler is Head of Sustainability for ISKO, the leading ingredient brand behind the most famous denim collections around the world. Whilst dedicating her skills and efforts to growing and advancing ISKO’s CSR & Sustainability department, she completed a Sustainability Leadership degree from MIT Sloan Business Management School and a Sustainable Business strategy program at Harvard Business School.

Through her role at ISKO, she has been able to – and continues to – launch diverse environmental, social, and educational projects driving the company to demonstrate global leadership in Responsible Innovation™. Such initiatives include ISKO becoming the first global denim mill to be awarded with the Nordic Swan Ecolabel and EU Ecolabel for the ISKO Earth Fit™ collection.

ISKO has obtained Life-Cycle Assessments (LCAs) for all its 25,000+ denim products and independently verified Environmental Product Declarations (EPD®s) have been produced to ensure the validity and replicability of these LCAs. In keeping with ISKO’s Responsible Innovation™ approach, the R-TWO™ program has also been launched to embrace the entire ISKO™ denim offer.

Using less and doing better for our planet. ISKO R-TWO saves on natural resources and reduces our environmental impact. Making ISKO R-TWO a great solution to sustainability targets. RTWO is created through ISKO’s patented and exclusive yarn spinning technology which delivers over 50% recycled content while retaining the unique properties and benefits found in ISKO’s statement fabrics.
