Throughout his career, he has worked with many global brands, retailers, suppliers, foundations, and non-profits to identify opportunities that accelerate their investments through sustainability. 

Prior to FibrTrace, Crispin served as the Executive Director of the Organic Cotton Accelerator (OCA) where he led the development of its pioneering direct-to-farm platform. Before that he did the same in cashmere with NOYA Fibers and co-founded FUTUREMADE, Portland Apparel Lab and his namesake label, PINO.
